I finally got a chance to visit the spin studio and was truly impressed with the stimulating visuals and overall customer experience. The studio makes working out a luxury experience. Riders walk in and are treated by a concierge service. Each rider can pick up free water and shoes as a part of the experience.
The studio entrance is designed beautifully and retail section is impeccably merchandised. The assortment is well-planned and presents an easy shopping experience. Everything from the consistency in the branded red color, logo use, swag offering and studio vibe contributes to the overall appeal. The studio branding is a marketer’s dream!
Once you walk out of the cycling studio, you're greeted with refreshing, lemon-scented towelettes, and fresh fruit (apples and bananas). From the water bottles to the shoes to the towels to the locker space to the fruit...everything at CycleBar is complementary, and feels like a first-class fitness experience!
